Just started using it and diving in, but it has been a great way to deal with Re-directs. Great app!

The app works great. Whenever I had a question, the support team provided fast, effective, and genuinely helpful assistance. To make communication easier, they even switched to my native language during our conversation. Highly recommended!

Thank you to the developer for the explanation. Without it, I would have deleted this app. Customer service needs improvement, and the instructions are far too basic. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible to avoid any misunderstandings.

I have been using this app now for several months and it does the job I need after my migration to Shopify. Thanks

This app is fundamentally incompatible with Shopify's native multilingual URL structure. It incorrectly flags standard Shopify language routes (e.g., /zh/, /ja-lv/, /es-ca/) as 404 errors and automatically generates thousands of junk redirects, which has severely corrupted my site's URL structure and SEO performance. I do not recommend this to any store owner who values their SEO health, as it cre...

"Delete selected redirects" features are not working. When I reported this, they said their own team would handle the process. For the past 3 days, deletion only happens a little when I ask about the status. They are probably deleting them manually, but they do not admit this either. They say it can take some time. However, they have placed a select all and delete button there, but they do not tal...

Our store began to use SC Easy Redirects in October 2025. On Saturday, January 3, 2026, we became aware that our website was experiencing some redirects to an inappropriate webcam website. Our digital agency ran several virus scans on our site within 2 two hours and saw nothing coming up as nefarious. As they dug deeper, they found that this app had the code inserted. I wanted to call attention t...

it Did'nt it work for me? i tried 3 times and reached out to help for support, but unfortunately, no help. I tried a bulk upload 3 times and each time it ignored the redirects so on the 3rd time I checked the box to over write all re-directs and this time it did not ignore them. BUT after testing some of them still not working and going to a 404 error page. so 1 start from me.
