About Tacey: Order Editing
Self-service order editing on the Shopify thank you page and order status page. Address validation catches a wrong address when the order is placed and holds it before it ships. Customers can edit an order after purchase: fix a wrong address, change quantity, swap a variant, add items, download a PDF invoice, or cancel. Merge orders: two paid orders from one customer become one shipment. No refund, no second charge. Send Pre-shipment reminders and post purchase upsells on the same page.
