Easy to install and connect to my Shopify store. Product sync worked well and setting up TikTok ads was straightforward. Good option for testing products and reaching shoppers on TikTok. Would recommend to anyone starting out with dropshipping.

Non importa più le informazioni dei clienti. Nome e indirizzo restano censurati.

I keep getting orders with NO legitmate shipping address which is affecting my shipping rate. I will no longer sell on TikTok

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. We couldn't find any quality profile to work with (unsurprinsingly) so requested for our seller account to be closed, that was four months ago. Nothing was done and they continue to waste our time. Customer service is horrible, we rarely get answers and when we do they are idiotic/generic answers. Our account manager was no help and disappeared the moment we asked for...

A complete disaster—after connecting a shop, it can’t be disconnected, and there’s constantly an “rpc call error]}” message. Support can’t do anything other than suggest using incognito mode. My God, what a nightmare in the 21st century. 10/10/2026 I’m trying to install it again. The app creates its own inventory location, and the stock from that location gets sent to all other sales channels. So...

The solutions to the issues required a lot of work on our part. Before today there were no issues syncing. I had to link slabs, was told not to worry about duplicates, then had to go back and delete all the duplicates and redo all of the linking I had just finished. Frank was helpful but the app was not

I have to give it one star. This process is the poster child for AI shortcomings. I provided all the documentation the setup asked for, then went through multiple rounds were AI processed my information. It ended up denying my shop. Eventually I was able to get to customer service but that was pointless. They couldn't do anything. They couldn't review the AI decision. They could not override...

Horrible, confusing, makes you do a bunch of tedious stuff that's already on my website. Not doing it.
