Working with the team at TrueROAS has been great. They are attentive to our needs and have helped us get the most out of the platform. Definitely worth the cost. Really good customer service if you get stuck and easy to understand tracking which keeps improving. I feel like these guys are on the cutting edge of things. a competitor is currently heavily advertising that they send data back to ad platforms as if that is a unique thing, but TrueRoas has been doing this for year.

Worst customer support ever. They respond once every few days and don't help resolve issues. The dashboard metrics don't reflect reality, making it impossible to conduct any analytics.

Not a reputable company! I had an active subscription and from one day to the next nothing was tracked anymore. I wrote to the support team and they didn't help me. After more than 10 days of waiting, I canceled my subscription and then they said they would no longer help me because I canceled my subscription. So I paid money for nothing. Way too expensive and the support is simply incompetent
