I am unsure if the other reviews here are legitimate. This is by far the easiest returns app that we have used on Shopify and we have tried the really big ones. The problem is it does not work out of the box immediately. Your Shopify store does not sync to the app. There is also no documentation on their website or otherwise, available to help you set it up. It does not allow you to "white label"...
