Had to uninstall the app after YEARS using them when they were a little fish in the pond. Our store was completely offline for two months due to unforseen reasons. They tried to bill us (for sending people into the ether..no store online, nowhere for customers to go..seriously!) As a long time shopify merchant i am warning you PLEASE make sure you see all other sms options BEFORE you install...
