We’ve had a positive experience with Zoko overall. The team has been very helpful with setting up and refining our WhatsApp workflows, answering questions and working through issues with us. There’s still room for improvement, especially in analytics and reporting, but the team listens to our feedback and is actively working on improvements. We really appreciate their responsiveness and support!
