Update 6/2026 - They are completely MIA. Same issue as others. I have an order that's been in production, and there's been no communication from them atm. Unfortunately, I'm now just days away from having to turn off the products they fulfill. ----- INKPod has been a great partner for me. Their response time to issues is genuinely stellar and always professional. I had some issues with my last...

I love this app, I am making so many sales from family, friends and random off the streets. People that I sold it to love the product. I can't wait to sell on Shopify, not only to sell my own products but allow my customer design there own product.

I've been using Inkpod/WowFulfillment for years now — their products, timelines and customer service are UNREAL. The design interface and mockups are also superb — I love it when the mockups are so good I can start selling straight away. Very highly recommended!

Great service and experiences with Ink POD. I've used them for a few years now with great results. Customers happy. Any problems sorted quickly and easily.

Seriously, impeccable customer service, a pleasure to work with.

I have just opened a store on Shopify and created most of my designs from InkPOD. Today i came across a message that the app is not supported, I'm so heartbroken and i would like to get some clarity from the InkPOD team as to whether this issue going to be fixed? I can't spend another weak looking for apps that would give me the ability to create my designs like InkPOD. I have sent the message to...

Update: Two months post the shop's launch, my satisfaction level stands at 80%. - One of the products that was delivered to a customer had major printing flaws because the manufacturer had changed the model of the product. After submitting the complaint, I got a refund swiftly. - After multiple purchases and careful assessment, I've decided to discontinue 2 out of the 8 items in my shop due to co...

Great customer service from cyqueen at Inkpod - Helped me get some understanding and get the sample order completed - nice and easy so far, thanks - app is also quite simple to use and easier than others to create product designs.

Great app. One of the reasons I went with this app was because of the custom shoes which alot of services don't offer as well as the jackets. The primary reason is the custom branding. They have several options for custom branding which are very professional. Again, most services don't offer this feature either. The customer service is great. I have had several chats with reps and they have walked...

— Hoodaville Clothing

Review edited after almost 5 years of working with them. They stopped responding and the products I used to sell through them are not shipping anymore and customer service is non existent. They used to be so pro-active and responsive even when there were issues. Very disappointing. Had they given any notice of going out of business, we would have totally understood, but they simply stopped communi...

Ive changed my review. Out of nowhere the company has stopped shipping my orders. I have 5 currently outstanding. The company has stopped communication. Im now working on designing my items with a competitor. Shame they were the best originally.

— ElusiveRabbit

I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now. This supplier needs to be uncertified by Shopify with immediate effect. They are non responsive, orders are on waiting list for days. You can never get in touch with their customer service. Terrible. 2 years I was praising them now, I will transfer all my products to a competitor.

— Kaito Japan Design

I placed an order on January 22nd, 2026 and the status is still showing as “In Production”. I’ve sent multiple emails and text messages and have received no replies. This is a bad way to do business, my customers are frustrated and want their orders or at least to know when their orders will ship. I have two orders for blankets that had the wrong size shipped to the customer. I sent an email w...

— Davoll Sculpted Gear

I have an order that's been in production for weeks and I have no way to contact customer service. The order isn't progressing either. It's very disappointing and makes me look bad in front of my clients.

— DazMond & Co.

Verry scammer platforma , Products have a bad smell , support team its so unfriendly , the shipping time its take more than 30 days , cost of shipping is exporbitante and the products are bad quality , BE CAREFULL OF THIS APP , NOT WORTH 1 PENNY TO SPENT THERE. BEEE CAREFULLLLLLLLLL

— VivaHomeX

I was loving this app until it stopped working. Every time I tried to add products, a 500 Internal Server Error page would pop up instead.

You can contact the developer for support or uninstall the app and find an alternative in the Shopify App Store. Zero notice no email nothing.
