This app has reduced the workload for our CX team and increased customer satisfaction by enabling the customer to cancel their order on their own if needed. This app has been a big help to both our customers and our team by giving customers the opportunity to cancel their orders in case of an error on their own time. Since installing Yagi Order Cancellable, I no longer have to worry about not receiving a customer's email to cancel too late because the order has been fulfilled. The customer can cancel an order on his/her own before the order is fulfilled. The app takes care of cancelling an order, initiating a refund and notifying me of the cancellation. It is great help for me.
