This is not a modern app at all! In the highly competitive e-commerce world we live in today, an app needs to be flexible and adaptable. This app feels very rigid and old-school. Worked for a while. Then it stopped interfacing with the backend of our store. It does not link the tracking number into the backend of Shopify. And when I reached out to their tech support they were befuddled. So I found another app. My recommendation... look elsewhere for a tracking app.
