Be careful how this app charges. You're billed for every order you print, whether or not the customer ever opens the tracking portal, and once you go over your plan's quota each extra order costs over 12p. That adds up fast, and you may not notice until it already has. The real trap is cancelling. I was on a 3,000-order plan and had already gone 3,000 orders over without realising. I switched off...

Extremely disappointed. I discovered that AfterShip has been overcharging me for months. When I contacted support to rectify this clear error, they refused to issue a refund. Be very careful and check your invoices, as their billing practices are unreliable and their customer support is unhelpful when it comes to getting your money back. I cannot recommend them.
