Each stage they said I could not get what I wanted unless I upgraded. I now have upgraded to their top version. It is on the cheaper price point because it claims to be able to do certain functions when in reality it can't. I've been on multiple calls to ask why a settings function will say you can do certain things, when in reality it won't let you do them. This happened more than once. No change happens after you show them it doesn't make sense either.
