cela a l'air pas mal après 1 heure d'utilisation. Il manque à mon avis des outils pour mieux personnaliser le bot tant sur le ton de dialogue que sur l'apprentissage. Le suivi de colis ne fonctionne pas malgré les bonnes informations saisies. Enfin il serait aussi bien de passer la main à un agent humain lorsque le client le demande et pour cela il faut programmer des heures d'ouvertures. Nous uti...
