Support is great and fast to respond. Not a huge fan of all the new AI features, as I have installed this app many times on previous sites - installing is almost MORE complicated with the new AI stuff. The custom implementation is difficult and creates additional technical issues instead of solving them. Support does not have live chat, which makes troubleshooting slow and frustrating. Also, the integration with customer notification emails does not work properly. Overall, too much complexity and not enough reliability.
