With the Telegram bot, merchants can communicate with customers online without installing additional apps.After the merchant installs the app and follows the instructions (creating a Telegram group chat, enabling topic functionality, and adding the Telegram bot as a group admin), the bot will create a new topic for each unique visitor who sends a message.
