About Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Run post-purchase surveys on your thank-you and order status pages, plus exit-intent, product page, email, SMS and Shopify POS surveys. Ask "How did you hear about us?" (HDYHAU) and compare revenue and AOV by channel with Meta Ads Manager and GA4. Collect zero-party data, NPS and CSAT, and learn why visitors don't buy. AI sorts open-ended customer feedback into themes and sends weekly reports. Sync answers to Klaviyo, Shopify Flow and Google Sheets, or query them with AI via API and MCP.
