BON Loyalty Program & Rewards

Todavía no he activado el programa de puntos pero la atención al cliente es muy buena. Tienen un chat en vivo y resuelven todas tus dudas al momento. En especial Haley fue muy amable.

Je viens d'expérimenter le Chat de BON Loyalty et j'ai été très agréablement surprise de voir qu'on me répondait même un dimanche. De plus après quelques échanges très courtois, nous avons réussi à trouver la solution à mon problème de paramétrage. Je pense pouvoir vous recommander cette application. Elle fonctionne bien.

Richtig gut. Mega netter Kundenservice, direkt per Chat, hilft schnell. Habe Kontakt mit Natalie gehabt. Aber der Kundenservice spricht Englisch, also Englischkenntnisse zum kontaktieren nötig oder man benutzt einen Übersetzer. Die Points lassen sich sehr einfach einrichten, es sieht auch alles visuell sehr hübsch aus.

Very complicated app since there is so much functionality. You need the Customer service team to help while setting up - but they do a fantastic job of it. Lots of tutorials, guidance, and super fast responses. I've talked to 4 reps in the last 24 hours, each has responded in minutes every time.
