BON works really well for us and helps to get repeat orders from customers. The customer Support is very good and everything solved really clearly. Hazel in particular has been a great help with any questions and problem solving.

While the app does have some limitations (as most apps do) , the team has always been very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we encounter an issue or need guidance. Their support has made a big difference, and we really appreciate how attentive and easy they are to work with.
