Buddy AI: Agentic Commerce

We've used other chat apps before but the insights here are actually quite helpful. It shows us what people are asking and sometimes things we didn't even realize were unclear on our website. Would be nice to have even more reporting options, but I like where this is going.

Pretty good app overall. We mainly needed something to answer the same customer questions over and over and Buddy does that quite well. Took us a little time to adjust the information it uses but once that's done it works nicely. Support team is helpful too.

What caught our attention was the discount negotiation feature. Instead of giving everyone the same discount, Buddy AI can make offers to customers who might need that extra push. It's a pretty interesting approach and something we haven't seen in many other apps. Support has been great too.

One feature I didn't expect to find so useful was the AI Insights. Apart from answering questions, it helps us understand what customers are confused about and what information we should improve on our website. That's actually very valuable for us. The app does a lot more than we originally expected.

Installation was pretty straightforward and we didn't need any technical knowledge to get started. There were a couple of things we wanted to customize and the support team was quick to help us out. You can tell they're actively working on improving the app. Good experience overall.

Really promising app with a lot of useful features. We initially installed it for customer support but ended up liking the sales assistant and AI Insights just as much. The team is responsive and seems genuinely interested in feedback. There are always things that can be improved, but we're happy with our experience so far.

Best AI app I have tried so far!

The negotiation feature is probably my favorite part. We can decide how much discount we're comfortable giving and let the AI handle the conversation. Still playing around with the settings to find what works best for us. Really interesting idea.

Nice app, especially if you have a lot of products. Instead of customers going through different collections they can just tell the AI what they're looking for. Recommendations seem pretty relevant most of the time. Happy with it.

Installation was easy enough, took maybe a few minutes to get the basics running. Had some questions about setting things up properly and the team helped us out. There's quite a few features so we're still figuring everything out, but so far so good.

Wasn't sure how useful an AI sales assistant would actually be for our store, but it's been a nice surprise. Customers can ask about products and get suggestions without having to search through everything. Not perfect every time but definitely useful.

Been trying Buddy AI and honestly the support team has been one of the best parts. We had a few questions and they actually took time to help instead of just sending documentation. The app itself has some really useful features, especially the AI sales and recommendations. Looking forward to future updates.

Running a small shop means I can't always respond to everyone right away. That's why I wanted to try Buddy AI. It's useful for answering basic questions and helping visitors with products. I still handle some conversations myself of course, but it's a good help.

Honestly one of the more useful apps we've added to our Shopify store. Still discovering all the features, but so far we're really impressed.

I like that it's not just another chatbot showing generic answers. Customers can ask for suggestions, check product details and sometimes get an offer too. The interface is nice and doesn't feel too complicated. There's room for improvement here and there but the concept is really good.

We sell internationally, so having an AI assistant that can communicate with customers in different languages is a big plus. Works really well!

What I like most is the insights. We can see what customers are asking about and where we're missing information. Really helpful!
