About GoBD‑Export

The GoBD-Export app helps you to export your store data, such as orders, products, users and more, for example if requested by the tax authorities. The data is compiled according to the "Principles for data access and verifiability of digital documents" (GDPdU). GoBD means "Principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access". They regulate all the requirements that the tax authorities place on bookkeeping and tax-relevant data, whether electronically or in paper form. It also sets out the guidelines for how the tax authorities can access electronic data during tax audits. Why is it important to know exactly about the GoBD? - To know the demands of the tax office on your bookkeeping and to make sure what the auditor is allowed to do in a tax audit and what is not. The GoBD has been in effect since January 1, 2015. They replace the previously effective “Principles on Data Access and Verifiability of Digital Documents” (GDPdU) and the “Principles of Proper Computerized Accounting Systems” (GoBS).
