It was great until they blocked me from using it for no reason. I took a paid survey that they offered to me on my experiences, and then 2 weeks later they blocked me from using it on my store.

I suddenly started getting a 403 error in my shopify that forbid access to clarity. I tried the support (Bot) and it only told me that I had deleted my clarity. I can go online to it but even after uninstall/install no luck. Still no support response back after informing clarity of all of this. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
