Why use OffsetOffset allows you to neutralize your shipping emissions that contribute to climate change. You can proudly tell your customers that they are supporting an environmentally-friendly business that invests in sustainability initiatives to counteract the environmental impact of shipping.We're excited to work with Pachama and contribute to certified projects, complying with the best-in-class carbon offset protocols and standards.Offset your shipping emissionsEvery month, Offset calculates the total emissions generated by your shipped orders, and that number becomes your monthly Offset cost. The price is low—a few cents or less per order—and your Offset payments go towards forest protection initiatives. Charges will appear on your monthly Shopify bill, and you can opt out at any time. Measure your impactFrom your Offset dashboard, you can see the total amount of shipping emissions you’ve offset and the environmental impact benefit of those offsets, including how many trees you've paid to protect. Love the concept but we need to be able to share to our customers the impact we are making by sharing the counter available in the app into a specific page or by having a HTML code to insert in our theme in our homepage for example. I look forward to see this happening soon so we can continue! We are ready to reduce our impact

Contrary to what some previous reviews said, the little icon does show up during check out. Overall it seems the app, icon and cause will be a nice addition to my shop. BUT you have to be careful with your imported orders, as at the moment of writing this review it has difficulty distinguishing that recently shipped orders may have been marked as fulfilled elsewhere (Etsy, etc), and may charge you...

Please add the ability to add a badge/notification at checkout to show customers that the shipping of their orders are being offset, just a little icon/verified message at checkout by the shipping method. Otherwise great app!

This app won't install. It was on our old theme but once we upgraded and uninstalled it refuses to reinstall. There was potential but support form Shopify about why it won't install is null.

This app has a lot of potential. Would easily be a 5 star app with checkout integration, a way for customers to view their contributions made, promo material for shop owners to advertise. If updates not made anytime soon, we’ll be looking for other options. I find it silly major marketable features are missing from this app.
