I received my counter, set it up, and it worked well for a few days. However, after that, it started showing random numbers frequently. The same issue happened a few days ago, and I had to reinstall the app to fix it. Now the problem has returned, and I can’t keep reinstalling the app every two days. This needs to be fixed.

counter worked fine for the first 5 minutes, now i cannot open the app through shopify on 3 seperate devices. it keeps showing: An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command heroku logs --tail

Having the same experience as others. It's the wrong number - so there's no point in having it. I wish these reviews showed up during the purchase of the counter. Why are the reviews fine in 2022 - showing they fixed the "bug"? and now it's back to being wrong? makes no sense. We'll see if support helps me. - I'll be back to update.

Wrong number since I've installed it which is really disappointing. I reached out to them and was given basic troubleshooting advice I already tried.

I am having issues with my counter which has not worked properly since installing it over a month ago. I've been going back and forth between Smiirl and Shopify and no one is resolving this issue.
